If you have received a call or e-mail from a retailer or have any questions about a Blue Bell product here is the information you need to know:

In an abundance of caution, we have voluntarily suspended operations at our manufacturing plant in Broken Arrow, Okla., due to a 3 oz. institutional/food service chocolate cup that tested positive for Listeria monocytogenes.

In response to this the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has recommended people not eat products produced in that facility. Blue Bell products made at the Oklahoma production facility can be identified by checking for letters “O,” “P,” “Q,” “R,” “S,” and “T” following the code date printed on the bottom of the product package.

We are voluntarily withdrawing these products from stores:

If you have purchased any of these products, either discard or return it to the retailer for a full refund.

It is important to note that these products HAVE NOT BEEN RECALLED; however, some retailers have decided to remove products from their shelves.
